Little Flower Kidzee

Little Flower Kidzee is right there on Beach Road in Colva. Our pin code is 403708. Being in Goa, the atmosphere is a bit different, but it’s still a lot of work. We deal with small children, so it’s never really quiet here. From the moment we open the doors in the morning, there’s a lot of energy. Beach Road can be quite busy with people heading toward the water, but we stay focused on what’s happening inside our walls. The school is a modest place. We have some play areas and classrooms that are just right for the age group we handle. It’s a lot of cleaning, to be honest. You wouldn't believe how much mess a few kids can make in a couple of hours. We just try to keep things as tidy as possible. Most of us who work here are from around Colva, so we know the community and the families. It’s a local operation. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the kids have a safe place to be while their parents are at work. The humid weather can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve got fans and we make do. It’s a pretty simple routine every day. We open up, we look after the kids, and then we send them home. That’s our day at Beach Road.
