Abana School Llp

This school is situated at House No 22/348/3 on Plot No 100 in Curla Vaiguinim. We are right by Machado Cove in the Donapaula area of Goa. It is a very specific spot, quite close to the water, which makes the air feel heavy and salty most of the year. The building isn't what you might expect from a typical school; it has a bit of that local Goan character to it. We have a small number of students compared to the big city schools, which means everyone knows each other’s names. The office handles all the paperwork for the LLP, and it’s usually piled high with folders and forms. Most of our days are spent in the classrooms or the small yard we have for the kids to play in. Being in 403004, we get a lot of visitors who are just passing through the area, but the school itself stays focused on the kids. We have some old wooden furniture and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. The staff here is a mix of people who have lived in Donapaula their whole lives. We don't have a big cafeteria, so most students bring their own tiffin boxes and eat together under the shade. It is a quiet, practical place to work and learn, away from the main tourist spots of the state.
