We are over at D 6/7 in Sadatpur Ext., specifically on Gali Number 5. It is a bit of a narrow street, so it can get crowded when people are moving through, but we like the energy of the place. Spectral Services Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is based here in Delhi 94. Our office is not a high-rise building or a corporate tower; it is just a plain, useful space where we get our work done. You can usually hear the sound of motorbikes or neighbors chatting outside our door. Inside, we have our desks lined up and stacks of folders that seem to grow every week. We don't bother with expensive decorations or slogans on the walls. It is a very honest kind of workplace. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to people who drop by with questions. When the weather is nice, we leave the door open to catch a breeze, which makes us feel connected to the street. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people helping each other out to finish the day's tasks. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while now and we know the local shops and tea stalls quite well. It is just a regular life for us, doing consulting work in a neighborhood we are very familiar with. We try to be helpful and keep things simple for everyone we deal with daily.
