Fedders Lloyd Corp. Ltd.

This office is basically a flat over in Shastri Park, part of the DDA complex at 97-C. It’s a quiet enough spot if you ignore the usual Delhi traffic sounds. Working out of a flat makes it feel less like a big corporation and more like a neighborhood setup. We’ve been at this New Delhi 53 location for some time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We handle the Fedders Lloyd Corp. Ltd. stuff from here, mostly just sorting through mail and keeping track of things. You won’t find any marble lobbies or security guards in suits. It’s just us sitting at desks, drinking tea, and getting through the pile of work on the table. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a real mess because everyone is trying to squeeze in at once. We like the fact that it feels lived-in. It’s practical. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just do the job and head home when the sun goes down. Most of the people around here know us as the guys in the corner flat. It’s a decent place to be. We keep the windows open when the weather allows, even if it gets a bit dusty from the road. It isn't anything fancy but it's where we work and we're used to it by now.
