Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We are located at H No A 2/13 on Pradhan Wali Gali in Johripur. Being in this part of Delhi means we are right in the middle of a residential area. The street, or gali as everyone calls it, is quite narrow, so you have to be careful when walking or driving down it. It’s the kind of place where neighbors know each other, and you see kids playing outside after school. Our office for Larsen & Toubro Ltd is essentially a converted house, which gives it a very different feel from a standard office building. There’s a small entrance where we keep our shoes sometimes if it’s been raining outside. The rooms are filled with desks and computers, and we’ve tried to make the most of the space we have. It can get a little dark in the back rooms, so we keep the lights on even during the day. We don’t have a big HR department or a cafeteria; we just have a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits. Most of the work involves keeping track of logs and making sure the local operations are running. When the weather is nice, we might stand out by the door for a few minutes just to catch some fresh air. It’s a quiet life here compared to the main roads of Delhi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; the walls have a few maps pinned up and maybe an old calendar that nobody took down yet.
