S. K. Metal Ent

S. K. Metal Ent is based at D-9, Gali No. 9 in West Jyoti Nagar, Shahdara. If you know Shahdara, you know the lanes can be narrow and always crowded with people and carts. Our place is right in the middle of all that. We handle different kinds of metal products and materials. It is a lot of lifting and moving heavy stuff from the trucks into the shop. The gali is always busy, so getting deliveries in and out can be a real struggle sometimes. We have been here for years and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. It is a bit loud and messy with all the metal clanging around, but that is just the nature of the business. We aren't a big fancy company with a lobby. It is just a shop where we store metal and talk to customers who walk in. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days everyone wants something at the same time. We try to keep our stock sorted but in a small space in West Jyoti Nagar, things tend to pile up. It is a honest way to make a living and we are just glad to be part of the local market here. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over time, but the metal trade stays pretty much the same. We focus on the daily grind and making sure the customers get what they ordered.
