Mukul Chunni House

You can find Mukul Chunni House at E-20/702 in Amar Colony, which is part of East Gokalpur. It’s a residential-style area that has a lot of small shops mixed in with the houses. Our space is on the ground level, so it’s easy for people to just step in off the street when they are passing by. The address can be a little confusing because the numbering in Amar Colony isn't always in a straight line, but most locals know the way. We spend a lot of time folding and stacking things on the shelves. The room is filled with different colors, which makes it feel a bit more cheerful than the dusty street outside. East Gokalpur is a crowded neighborhood, so there are always kids playing or people talking right outside our door. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the life of it. We have a small bench for people to sit on if they are tired from walking. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it does its job during the summer months when it gets really stuffy. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the daily chores and talking to whoever stops by. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the rain or the people passing. Other days, it’s a bit of a squeeze when too many people come in at once. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a normal shop.
