Neelam Lace Pvt.Ltd. is a small place tucked away in Mandoli Village. We are right in the Salek Chand Tyagi Market. If you know the area, we are near the Bank of Baroda and just across from Manoj Tyagi’s office. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We deal in all kinds of lace. You’ll see rolls of it everywhere when you walk in. It’s not a fancy showroom with air conditioning and soft music. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. My family started this business and we’ve been here for years. We spend our days counting stock and talking to tailors. Sometimes the market gets very loud with all the rickshaws and people shouting. We don't mind it much. It's just part of the day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It’s just us. We focus on getting the right patterns to the people who need them. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk. Other days we are rushing to finish an order before the sun goes down. The street outside can be a bit dusty.
