Mgr Fabricators Pvt Ltd. is located right at Plot No. D 4/276 in Mandoli Extension. It is a busy area and can get pretty loud during the day with all the work happening. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor dealing with the actual fabrication. The space we have is filled with tools and materials, so it is a bit of a squeeze sometimes. Mandoli Extension is an industrial kind of place, so you hear the sounds of metal and machines all day long. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we just focus on getting the jobs finished. We do not spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless we have to. It is more about the physical work. The weather gets really hot in the summer inside the unit, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. Neighbors around here are mostly other small workshops, so everyone understands the noise. We keep the doors open mostly to let the air in. It is not a polished showroom, but it works for what we do. People come to us because we have been at this plot for a while and they know we stay until the work is done. It is a simple setup but it serves us well enough for the daily grind.
