Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We operate the Larsen & Toubro Ltd activities out of 1575 Janta Flat in G.T.B. Enclave, which is over in Delhi 93. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from a typical business district. Working out of a Janta Flat means we are right in the middle of a community. You can hear kids playing outside and neighbors talking on their balconies. It makes the workday feel a little more grounded and less like a sterile office environment. Our space is basically a converted flat. We’ve managed to fit our desks and equipment into the rooms, though it can get a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. The kitchen area is where we keep the water filter and some snacks. There isn’t a grand entrance or a receptionist at a desk. Usually, you just knock and one of us will open the door. The stairs can be a bit steep, but it’s good exercise I suppose. Being in G.T.B. Enclave is convenient because there are plenty of small shops nearby if we need stationery or a quick bite. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s just plain walls and functional furniture. It’s a modest setup where we focus on getting our work finished before the Delhi traffic gets too bad in the evening. Most of us like the quietness of the enclave compared to the main roads. It is a humble place to be.
