Our place is R. S. A Footwear And Garments. You can find us at House No. 469, right in Gali No. 21 in Jafrabad. It's deep in the lanes, so you have to keep a sharp eye out for the house number. Jafrabad is always full of life, especially in the late afternoons when everyone is out. We sell shoes and clothes, nothing too complicated or fancy. I started this because I knew a bit about footwear from my father. He had a small stall years ago near the main road. Now we have this house-based shop. It’s not a showroom with glass windows. It’s just a ground floor room filled with boxes and clothes on hangers. Sometimes the kids from the street play cricket right outside the door, so it gets noisy and we have to watch out for the ball. We don't mind much. We aren't trying to be some big international brand. We just want to provide what people in the lane need for their daily lives. If someone needs a pair of sandals or a new shirt for a wedding, they come here. We know most of the neighbors. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break for ten minutes. It's a simple way to run a business. No high-pressure sales here. If you like something, you take it. If not, we just chat for a bit. The shelves are a bit dusty sometimes, but that's just how Jafrabad is.
