Hero Mindmine

You can find us over at 21 Raj Block in Naveen Shahdara. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. We focus on training and helping people improve their skills. It's mostly about communication and getting ready for work. We have a few rooms set up for classes. It isn't like a big university or anything, just a practical place to learn stuff that actually matters. The furniture is a bit older, but it does the job. Students come in at different times throughout the day. Some are looking to improve their English, others want to know how to handle interviews better. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while. Shahdara is a good place for a business like this because there are so many young people looking for a start. We don't put on airs here. We just show up, do the lessons, and help where we can. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s a real place with real people. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in the city. We just want to make sure the people who come to Raj Block leave knowing more than when they walked in. That's the main thing for us. We've seen a lot of faces come and go, and it's always good when someone comes back to tell us they got the job they wanted. It keeps us going on the long days when the weather is hot.
