Teletech India

Teletech India is located at 12-B Shivam Enclave in the Jhilmil area of Delhi. It’s a relatively quiet pocket compared to some of the busier markets. Our office is in a residential-style enclave, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We work on telecommunications and tech stuff. It involves a lot of technical work and sometimes dealing with hardware. The office is basically a few rooms filled with wires, tools, and computers. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We have a small team, and we’ve mostly known each other for a long time. There’s no big boss giving speeches here. We just know what needs to be done and we get on with it. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon troubleshooting a single problem. We drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going. The metro isn't too far away, which is good for getting home. We don’t really do much in terms of marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People usually find us when they have a specific problem that needs fixing. The building is okay, nothing special, but it has enough light and space for us to do our jobs. We’ve been in Jhilmil for a while now and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a good, honest place to earn a living at 12 - B Shivam Enclave,Jhilmil Delhi - 110032.
