Newel Recruiters

Newel Recruiters is located in New Delhi, specifically in the 110032 area. We’ve been working out of this part of the city for quite some time now. Recruitment is a funny business because it’s all about people, and people are unpredictable. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of phones. We spend most of our day talking to folks who are looking for jobs or companies that need someone to fill a seat. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on a call at once. We don't use those scripted lines you hear from big headhunting firms. We just talk to people like normal humans. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. If a candidate isn't right, we don't push it. It’s a lot of matching things up and hoping for the best. Sometimes it works out great, and sometimes we have to start all over again. The traffic around here can be a nightmare, so we’re usually at our desks early. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to help people get a paycheck and help businesses keep running. It’s busy, often stressful, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in on everything. No fancy titles, just a group of people working hard in New Delhi to make things happen for our clients. We stay busy and keep at it.
