We are located at B-37, Street No-2 in Chandu Nagar. Our shop is right off Karawal Nagar Road and we are fairly close to Roshanara Road as well. This area is very lived-in and busy, with a lot of people and small businesses packed together. We do a mix of things here, ranging from trading various parts to doing engineering repairs. It is the kind of place where you can find a bit of everything if you look hard enough. The shop is small and can feel a bit crowded because we have so much stock piled on the shelves. We have been working from this location for many years. We do not have a fancy storefront or any marketing materials. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for a long time. We spend our days either talking to people who need supplies or working on small engineering jobs at the back. Street No-2 is quite narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze when deliveries arrive. We do not use any promotional language or corporate talk. We are just two or three people trying to run an honest business in a busy part of the city. Sometimes we head over to Roshanara Road to pick up things we do not have in stock. It is a simple life and we like the familiarity of the neighborhood. We just take each day as it comes.
