Monarch Engineering Works

You can find us over at Monarch Engineering Works in Maujpur, specifically at D-392 on Street No. 6. We are pretty close to Zeenat Masjid, so if you hear the prayers, you know you are near our door. The street is a bit narrow, so parking can be a real headache some days, especially when the delivery trucks are trying to squeeze through. Our shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular gate and a lot of noise coming from inside. We do a lot of metal work and mechanical stuff here. Most of the day is spent handling orders and making sure the lathes are running properly. It gets hot in the summer, really hot, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving a little. Noor-E-Llahi is a lively area, there is always someone walking by or a kid running around. We keep our tools organized as much as we can, though things tend to get messy by noon. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you'll probably see us with grease on our hands. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it out the door on time. It is hard work, but it is what we do. The masjid is a good landmark for people who get lost trying to find Street 6.
