Ragtron Control Systems

Our shop is located at 1449 / 116 on Street Number 3 in Durga Puri, Shahadra. It’s a very local neighborhood, and we’ve become a part of the daily scenery here. At Ragtron Control Systems, we don't have a giant factory floor or a glass-walled office. We work out of a modest space that is usually overflowing with electrical components, wires, and various testing tools. We specialize in control systems, which basically means we build and fix the brains of different machines. It’s tedious work sometimes, checking every single connection to make sure nothing shorts out, but it’s what we’re good at. Shahadra is a busy place, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. The noise of the street is just part of the background for us now. We don’t do any fancy advertising or promotional stuff. Most of our work comes from people in the area who know we can get their equipment running again. We don’t have a receptionist, so when the phone rings, it’s one of us picking it up with grease on our hands. We try to keep things simple. If a control panel is acting up, we take it apart, find the fault, and fix it. We don’t promise miracles, just a solid day’s work. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have several projects going at once, but we make it work. It’s a straightforward business run by people who actually enjoy fixing things.
