Uttam Property

Our little office is located at 1/10 in Vijay Nagar. It is a very busy part of town and we have been a part of this community for a long time. Uttam Property is not a big firm with many branches. It is just a few of us working out of this small space. There is almost always noise coming from the street outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We focus our energy on the houses and shops right here in Vijay Nagar. Because we have been here so long, we know most of the owners and we often know which places might become available before they are even listed. We do a lot of walking around and talking to people on the street. We do not have a website that stays updated all the time. Instead, we use a simple notebook and pen. It feels more reliable to us. If you come by, you will likely see us sorting through old keys or looking at hand-drawn floor plans. Vijay Nagar has a lot of energy with students and families always moving in and out. We try to help them find a spot that actually fits their needs. We do not use complicated words or try to push people into things. If a room is small, we say it is small. Sometimes we have to run out for a viewing and leave a note on the door. Everyone knows we will be back soon.
