Paragon Realtors is tucked away in the M-Block Market of GK-2, specifically at M-58. If you know the GPO area, you know it gets pretty lively around here during the day. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. It’s a nice neighborhood to be in, with lots of families and long-standing shops that have been here for decades. Our office is a small place where we keep our files and meet with people over tea. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy signs. Most of our business is just word of mouth. Someone buys a place, tells their cousin, and then the cousin comes to see us. That’s how it’s always worked for us. We deal with a lot of the local houses and some of the shops in the market. Every client has a different budget and a different idea of what they want. It takes time to find the right match, and we don't like to rush things just to close a deal. We've seen the market go through many cycles. Some years are great, and some are a bit of a struggle, but we stay put at M-58. We’re just regular people working in the local property market. We like to think we know these streets better than most folks. If you’re ever walking through the market, stop by. We’re usually there.
