Tarun Transport Services operates out of Rohini Sector 5, specifically at B-9/237. I have been in the transport line for a long time and it is definitely not an easy way to make a living. Most of my time is spent on the phone trying to figure out where the trucks are or why a delivery is running late. Traffic is always a problem around here and you can never really be sure about the timing. The office is just a place where we keep the logs and take calls. It is often a bit messy with notes and schedules pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of different kinds of loads, mostly for people who need things moved within the city or to the outskirts. Dealing with drivers and making sure everyone is doing what they should takes up the whole day. Sometimes a truck breaks down or there is some issue with the route, and then everything gets delayed. We just try to fix things as they happen and keep moving. It is not a glamorous job and there is a lot of dust and noise, but it is what we do. People in Rohini know us because we have been at this address for years. We do not have a big fleet of shiny new trucks, just reliable ones that get the work done eventually. It is a lot of coordination and hoping for clear roads.
