We are based at G-23 in Ashok Vihar, Phase-1. It is a pretty busy spot in North West Delhi, and we have been here for a while now. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we sit and handle property work. Surao Realtors is mostly just us doing the daily grind. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, while other days the phone won't stop ringing with people asking about flat prices or shop rentals. Ashok Vihar has changed a lot, and we try to keep up with which blocks are getting new construction. It involves a lot of walking around and talking to neighbors to see who might be thinking of moving. We don't use any big marketing slogans because that’s not really how we work. We just tell people what is available and what the owner is asking for. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck at the local offices, which is frustrating for everyone, but that is just part of the deal in Delhi. We spend a lot of time checking if the pipes are okay or if the roof leaks before we even show a place to a client. It saves us a headache later on. We aren't a big corporate team, just local folks who know the streets and the landlords around here.
