Shree Gobind Pharmaceuticals

Our shop, Shree Gobind Pharmaceuticals, is tucked away at 1496 Ram Gali, right in the heart of Bhagirath Palace. If you’ve ever been there, you know it’s one of the biggest wholesale markets around, so it’s always packed and noisy. Ram Gali is a narrow lane, and our place is filled from floor to ceiling with boxes of medicines. Getting through the crowds to reach us can be a bit of a struggle, but it's just something we deal with every day. We’ve been here for many years now. Every morning starts with pulling up the shutters and getting to work on the orders for different hospitals and pharmacies. There's a lot of manual counting and packing involved in what we do. It’s not a fancy corporate setting; we don’t even have air conditioning in most parts of the shop. During the summer, it gets quite hot, but the energy of the market keeps us going. The best part is the community here, where we know all the other shopkeepers and share tea and news. We might not have a polished front office or high-tech systems, but we know the business inside and out. It’s just a group of us working hard in a cramped space to make sure the orders are right. This is our daily life in the middle of Delhi’s busiest market. We just keep our heads down and work.
