We have been at Bhagirath Palace for quite some time now. You can find us at number 1701. It is a very busy spot, usually crowded with people looking for all sorts of electrical parts and wires. Parma & Parma (India) Pvt Ltd is just a small team of us working here in this space. We handle a lot of different orders every single day. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and the office gets a bit messy with paperwork and open boxes, but we get things done eventually. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on shipments that come in from the docks. It is not a fancy setup by any means. We have some basic desks, a few chairs for visitors to sit on, and lots of old catalogs lying around the place. We have known the neighbors in this building for many years. People come in asking for very specific parts, and if we do not have it right then, we try to figure out when the next delivery is coming. It is a lot of manual work, tracking down what is needed and making sure the address is written clearly on the outgoing boxes. We do not really do those big fancy advertisements you see online. Most folks just know where we are or heard about us from someone else in the market. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going.
