Rsb Pharma Private Limited is right in the heart of Bhagirat Palace, which is probably the most crowded medicine market you’ll ever see in Delhi. We are in Ram Gali, inside the Mangal Building. Specifically, we have Shop No. 2 and 3 on the 1st floor. The official address is 1705/5. Finding us can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the narrow lanes of Bhagirat Palace. It’s a total maze of shops and people carrying huge stacks of boxes on their heads. Our space on the first floor is packed with medicine stock from floor to ceiling. It’s not really a place for a quiet chat. There is always someone shouting an order or a phone ringing in the background. We have been in the Mangal Building for a long time. It’s an old building and the stairs are narrow, but it’s where all the action is. We spend our days counting strips, checking batches, and packing boxes. The light isn't great in the alley, but we have enough lamps inside to see what we are doing. It feels like a real hub of activity every single day. Everyone in Ram Gali knows everyone else who works here. We don't have any fancy brochures or marketing people. Our reality is basically just being here every morning, opening up the shutters, and getting to work. It’s a tough place because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where the business happens.
