Shiv Daas Properties

Shiv Daas Properties is located at B-464 in Ashok Vihar Phase Iv, right in the Bunker Colony area. It’s a decent spot, and we’ve been working out of this location for a good chunk of time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we can sit down and do our paperwork. We don't have any of that corporate polish you see in the big city offices. We just prefer to keep things simple and honest. Ashok Vihar Phase Iv is a busy neighborhood, and being in Bunker Colony means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We like it that way. Most of our work is done through word of mouth. We don’t go out looking for attention with big signs or flashy slogans. We just open up B-464 every morning and see who stops by. Sometimes it’s a neighbor with a question, and other times it’s someone looking for a new place. We just talk to them like normal people. There’s no pressure and no sales talk here. We just give the facts as we know them and let people make up their own minds. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things, but it works for us at Shiv Daas Properties. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know how to get things done without making a mess of it. It’s just a plain, local business run by people who live nearby.
