Shining Estates

We are based in Ashok Vihar Phase II, right at the Community Centre No 7. It is a familiar spot for anyone who lives in the 14 Ashok Vihar area. Our office is not huge, but it is where we do all our work. We have been helping people with real estate around here for quite a while now. Dealing with houses in this part of Delhi means you get to know everyone. We do not go for all that corporate talk. We just sit down with a cup of tea and discuss what people are looking for. Whether it is a small flat or a bigger house, we usually have a few leads. The community center is always active, so there is a lot of coming and going. Sometimes it is hard to find parking, but that is Delhi for you. We spend our days answering the phone and taking people to see different properties. We do not promise the moon. We just show what is on the market and tell people the truth about the locality. It is a practical way of doing things. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, and we know which blocks are quiet and which ones are more crowded. If you are around Phase II, you can find us easily. We are usually around from morning until late afternoon, just doing our thing and trying to keep the records straight. It is honest work and we like being part of the community.
