D Ikon Architects & Engineers

You can find D Ikon Architects & Engineers over in Model Town at 189 on the third floor. We are right across from the Gurudwara in Tagore Park. It’s a nice area with a lot of old trees and houses. We do both the drawing part and the engineering part of building. Having the office on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, but it’s mostly just a place for us to work on our projects. We have been around this part of Delhi for a while. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site maps. We aren't a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just answers the door or the phone. We work with local homeowners who want to add a floor or renovate their old place. We also help with the technical stuff that the city needs for approvals. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just like to build things that look decent and don't fall down. If you're near the Gurudwara, you can't miss the building. We try to be helpful and give people honest advice about what they can actually do with their space. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We hope to stay here for many more years.
