S.B.T Pharmaceuticals is based at C 24A in Indira Colony, right near the Bihari Basti area. It is a very local part of town, where the streets are narrow and everyone seems to know what their neighbor is doing. Our office is a simple room that we’ve set up to handle our pharma business without any unnecessary bells and whistles. It’s a bit tight when we get a large shipment in, and we often have to stack boxes in the hallway until we can sort through them properly. The walls are a plain off-white, and the furniture is just whatever was practical and available when we started out. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign out front that lights up. Most people find us because they know the address or they’ve been doing business with us for years. We spend a lot of our time just checking the orders and making sure the quantities are correct. It’s a lot of manual work, and we don't use any fancy software—just a basic computer and a lot of patience. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the kids playing in the colony outside, but we don't mind it much. It’s just the atmosphere of the place. We are just regular people working in a busy neighborhood, trying to do a decent job and keep the medicine moving to where it needs to be every day without any fuss.
