Sara Jobs is located at D-14 in Parvana Vihar, which is over in Sector-9 of Rohini. We have a small space here where we handle everything related to finding people work. It’s a typical Delhi 110085 address, easy to find once you get into the sector. Most of the time, the office is just a place for us to keep our records and meet people who are looking for new opportunities. We don’t go in for anything too formal. It’s more about sitting down and having a real conversation about what someone can actually do. We handle a lot of different roles, mostly because people from all sorts of backgrounds come through our door. The office isn't very big but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of our mornings just going through the new listings and seeing who might be a good fit. It gets busy around lunch sometimes, but we manage. Being in Rohini is good because there are plenty of people around who need help with their job search. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things more confusing than they need to be. It’s just a regular office with regular people working in it. We like the local vibe of the area and it makes the work feel a bit more personal when you know the neighborhood. There is always tea on the go and some paperwork to finish.
