Options India is located at 85 in the Delhi Govt. Resi. Appt in Rohini Sector 11. It’s an interesting place to work because it’s a residential apartment complex. You see families going about their business while we are trying to run a company. New Delhi 110085 is a busy sector. Our office is basically a converted room. It’s tight and we have to be careful not to make too much noise for the neighbors. We do a lot of coordination from here. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away on a laptop. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’re basically walking into our workspace. We keep things very informal. Some days we work late and the security guard at the gate wonders what we are still doing. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us but it’s a good location. We deal with a lot of different requests throughout the day. It’s hard to describe exactly what every day looks like because it changes. One day is all paperwork and the next is meetings. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just try to stay organized and get things finished. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend most of our breaks. It’s just a small team trying to make things work in a big city. We just take things one day at a time.
