Samiah International Builders Pvt Ltd is located over in Sector-13 Rohini. Our specific spot is C-2/111 in the Printers Apartments. Rohini is a huge residential area, and being in an apartment complex makes the work environment feel quite grounded and normal. It’s not some high-rise office building with elevators that take forever to arrive. You just walk in and we’re right there. The space is filled with blueprints, material samples, and a lot of old notebooks. Since we’re in the building trade, things can get a bit messy with all the things we have lying around the rooms. The 110085 area is usually very busy, especially during the morning rush, but the apartments themselves stay relatively calm during the day. We’ve been working from here for quite some time now. It’s a local operation, and we know many of the people who live in the same block. Sometimes we meet people here, or we’re out at different sites across Delhi. We don't have a receptionist in a suit waiting to greet you. If you knock on the door, someone will eventually come and let you in. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't have much use for fancy marketing or polished speeches. We just talk about the projects we’re currently doing. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Rohini community. It’s just how we’ve always done things here, and it seems to work for us.
