Rana Pratap Bagh is where we set up Vcustomer Services India Pvt. Ltd. quite some time ago. Our address is D-4/4, and it’s a place that stays pretty active throughout the day and even into the night sometimes. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies or magazines; it’s just a practical workspace where we handle a lot of calls and computer work. People are usually wearing headsets and typing away at their keyboards. The building is solid and does the job for us, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We’ve got a mix of young and old staff here, and the break room is usually the loudest part of the floor when people are on their lunch. Finding parking around here can be a real struggle if you arrive late in the morning, but that’s just how Delhi is. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’d rather just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work and nobody really complains much about it. Most of us take the bus or the metro to get here. The local shops nearby are where we grab lunch, usually some parathas or whatever is quick and hot. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do, we just show up and handle the service side of things. It’s a very straightforward environment where the focus is on the day's work and getting through the calls efficiently.
