S M Estate

We are located at Shop No 124 in G Block of Vijay Nagar Sector 12. S M Estate is a small operation, and we have been in this particular shop for a few years now. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and folders we have accumulated, but it works for us. Vijay Nagar is a busy area, and being in Sector 12 means we see a lot of people moving in and out all the time. Most of our work is centered around the local apartments and some of the smaller shops in the vicinity. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to owners or trying to find a match for someone looking for a home. It is not always easy, but we just keep at it. The office is pretty simple, with just a few chairs for people to sit and talk. We don't go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just show people what is available and tell them the price. We also handle a lot of the boring stuff like lease renewals and rent collection for some of the owners who don't live nearby. Sometimes folks just drop in for a chat or to ask about the latest news in the neighborhood. We always have time for that. It is a local business, so we like to stay connected with what is happening on our street. We just take things one day at a time here.
