S. K. Properties

If you're walking around Ashok Vihar Phase- 1, you might have seen our office. We are S. K. Properties, located at Kc-37/A. It's right by the water tank, which is a pretty good landmark for anyone trying to find us. We spend most of our days dealing with property stuff, whether it's looking at flats or talking to people about where they want to live. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well enough. We keep a lot of files and maps around. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few clients show up at once. We've been in this part of town for a decent amount of time now. Ashok Vihar has changed a lot, with new shops and more people moving in. We try to stay on top of what's happening in the local market. It’s not always easy, but it’s interesting work. We don't go for flashy signs or anything. We just have our name on the door. It’s a local business through and through. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. If someone asks about a specific block, we usually have an answer. It's just us working away, trying to help folks find a place that fits. We drink a lot of tea while we work and keep things moving. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the phones ourselves when we aren't out on the street looking at new listings.
