Our shop is located at 59 G B Road, also known as Shraddhanand Marg. If you know anything about Delhi, you know that GB Road is one of the busiest and most crowded places you could ever work in. We are surrounded by other hardware and bearing shops, so there is always a lot of metal clanking and heavy trucks loading and unloading right outside our door. Inside Roll Max Bearings, things are usually a bit greasy because that is just the nature of the parts we handle. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, packed with all kinds of bearings. It is a bit dark inside because the buildings are so close together, but we have plenty of lights to see what we are doing. We do not have any fancy displays or a clean showroom. It is just a practical warehouse and sales counter where we talk to mechanics and contractors all day. The noise from the street is constant, and the air smells like old metal and oil. We have been here for a long time and have seen the street change, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the long hours. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do, and we just keep at it without any complaints.
