Ree Pharma is situated inside Baghdad Palace, right in the heart of Chandni Chowk. If you know the area, you know how crowded and loud it gets every single day. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. Chandni Chowk is a maze, but Baghdad Palace is a known building so people eventually find their way to us. It’s a tight space, like most shops in this part of Delhi. We deal with all sorts of people, from locals to those who travel from far away just to buy things in bulk. The energy here is exhausting but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have any fancy displays or a big staff. It's just a few of us making sure everything is in order. The mornings start early because the deliveries come in before the lanes get too packed. By midday, it’s hard to even move on the street outside. We just stay inside and handle the customers as they come. It’s an old building with a lot of history, and we are just one small part of it. We keep our inventory stocked as much as the space allows. There’s always someone asking for directions or looking for a specific item. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s a busy life here in the chowk, but we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves in a quiet place.
