Recruitment Firm

We run a Recruitment Firm over in Rohini. The exact spot is H.No.74 in the Krishi Appt. group, which is on Plot No.4 in Sector-13. It is a quiet enough corner of Delhi 110085. Working out of an apartment complex like Krishi Appt. makes the whole recruitment business feel a bit more personal and less like a cold office. We spend most of our time looking through piles of resumes and calling people for interviews. The space is filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors. Sector-13 is a decent area, and being at Plot No.4 means we are easy to find once you enter the gates. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where we do the work of matching people with jobs. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, just like any other small office. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It is a practical setup for a recruitment firm because it keeps our overhead low and lets us focus on the people we are trying to help find work. There is always a stack of papers to be filed and a phone ringing somewhere in the back. We just take it one day at a time in Rohini.
