Property Pius

If you head over to Ashok Vihar Phase Iv, you’ll find us at B-581. This part of the Weavers Colony is actually pretty interesting once you get to know the lanes. Property Pius is based right here in the middle of it all. It’s a residential sort of feel, which I like because it isn't as noisy as the main market. The office is basically just a room with enough space for our files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who live around here. Most of our day is spent tracking down details or making sure the paperwork is actually correct. It can be a bit tedious, honestly. The light in the office is okay in the mornings, but we have to turn the big lamps on by three. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat about the weather or what’s happening on the street. We’ve been here long enough that we know which houses have the best gardens. It isn't a corporate setup. We just sit here, drink our chai, and get through the list of things we need to do. It’s a lot of walking sometimes when we have to go out to meet someone. But that’s fine, keeps us moving. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just working at B-581 like we always do. It is just a normal, practical business for this neighborhood.
