Jai Ramdev Bangles

You can find Jai Ramdev Bangles on the first floor of No. 4501 on the Main Road in Sadar Bazar. We are right near the Jain Sthanak in Pahari Dhiraj. This part of the city is always crowded, and the noise from the street never really stops. Our shop is filled with rows and rows of bangles in every color you can think of. It’s a small space, so we have to use every bit of the walls to display what we have. Sometimes the boxes are stacked so high I worry they might tip over, but we manage. People come in and out all day long, especially during the wedding season when things get really hectic. We don’t have much room for a fancy lounge, just a few stools for people to sit while they look at the designs. It gets quite warm in here during the summer months, but we have a small cooler that helps a little. We spend a lot of time dusting the glass cases because the street dust settles on everything so fast. It’s hard work keeping up with the inventory and making sure everything is in the right place. Most of our days are spent talking to customers and trying to find the exact shade they are looking for. It’s a busy life in Sadar Bazar, but it’s home for us. We just keep showing the stock until the shutters go down.
