We are found at Chandni Chowk Chamelian Road 6562 1. If you know Delhi, you know how packed Chandni Chowk can get. Ramesh Johri has been in this spot for a long time. The street is always full of people and carts and smells from the food stalls. Our space is small and tucked away from the main chaos. It’s an old building with narrow stairs. Sometimes it feels like the walls are closing in with all the stuff we have stored. We don't have fancy lights or a clean modern look. It’s just an old-fashioned workplace with a lot of history. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes up. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for an hour and we just sit and wait. It’s part of the charm of being in this part of town, I guess. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just do our business and go home at the end of the day. The desk is piled high with things that need to be sorted. We have a small fan that makes a clicking noise but it helps with the heat. It’s a real, lived-in place. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. It’s a bit messy but it’s ours and we know every corner of it.
