At Online Computer Services, we work out of the Surya Deep Building, which is N-448 in Raghubir Nagar. It’s a busy spot, and we’ve seen all sorts of computer problems walk through that door. Sometimes it’s a laptop that won’t turn on, or someone who lost all their photos and is feeling pretty stressed about it. We’ve got benches set up with tools and spare parts scattered around. It’s not the cleanest looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. We started this because we liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked. Now, it’s our full-time job. We don’t use a lot of fancy words when we explain what’s wrong with a PC. We just tell people what we found and how much it’ll cost to fix. Raghubir Nagar has a lot of energy, and we feel like a part of the fabric here. You can usually find one of us hunched over a keyboard late into the afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We just keep doing what we do, one computer at a time. It’s simple, honest work, and it keeps us on our toes because technology is always changing, even if our office stays pretty much the same. We take the repairs as they come and do our best.
