Sanaullah Computer Works

We are down in Gali Cabuk Sawar, which is over in the Lal Kunwa part of Chandni Chowk. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets every morning. Our shop, Sanaullah Computer Works, has been sitting here at number 1019 for quite some time now. It is a small space filled with screens, cables, and old computer parts that seem to pile up no matter how much we clean. Most days start with us opening the shutters and seeing who needs help with a broken laptop or a slow desktop. The noise from the street outside never really stops, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend a lot of time hunched over desks looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why things aren't turning on. It is dusty work because of all the fans and vents we have to blow out. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break, but usually, there is a queue of things to fix before the day ends. Living and working in Chandni Chowk means space is tight, so we have to stack things up high on the shelves. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we keep busy with whatever hardware comes through the door. We stay until the sun goes down and the market starts to quiet a little.
