National Computer

National Computer is found at C75 Gali No. 6 in Masjid Park, which is part of Adarsh Nagar. We are located in one of those narrow streets where everyone knows everyone else. Our shop is small, but it’s packed with computer towers, monitors, and various spare parts. Most of our day is spent repairing computers that have decided to stop working. We see everything from broken screens to hard drives that have given up the ghost. It’s a lot of repetitive work, unscrewing tiny screws and cleaning out dust, but it’s what we do. People from the neighborhood bring their laptops in when they get a virus or if they just want a bit more memory added. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers because most people just want their machine back and working. The air in the shop usually smells a bit like warm plastic and old electronics. We don't have any fancy marketing plans. If we do a good job fixing a computer, the word gets around the street. Gali No. 6 is a lively place, so there’s always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask a quick question. We keep the shop open late most nights because that’s when people are home from work and realize their computer is acting up. It’s a busy, humble way to spend the week. It’s just part of our daily life now. We try to help out everyone who comes by the gali.
