You can find our office over in West Sant Nagar. We are on the ground floor of house number 236, which is part of Khasra numbers 14/13 and 14/14. It is located in Gali Number 9 within Chandan Vihar. This part of North East Delhi is always full of life and a bit of noise from the local traffic. Ncf Prime Private Limited is just a small setup we have here to manage our daily business. We don't have fancy office furniture or big posters on the walls. It is just a practical space with desks and a lot of registers. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in without having to deal with stairs. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and we know most of the shopkeepers on the street. Our days are mostly filled with answering the phone and trying to make sense of different property documents. Sometimes the street gets a bit messy when it rains, but that is just how it is in this part of the city. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who understand how things work in Chandan Vihar. We don't use any complicated talk. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't when they ask about a piece of land or a house. It is honest, steady work that keeps us going from morning until the evening.
