Metro Pharma Distributors

Working in Bhagirath Palace is something else entirely. Metro Pharma Distributors is located in the Jagsonpal Building, right in the middle of the crowd. If you’ve ever been to Chandni Chowk, you already know how it is. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always someone moving a heavy crate past your feet. Our office at 1520/10 is small but we keep it organized as best as we can manage. We deal with a lot of boxes every day. We’ve been in this building for years, and we know these narrow lanes like the back of our hand. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it’s where all the medicine trade happens in Delhi. We don’t have fancy carpets or a receptionist at the front. It’s mostly just us answering phones and checking long lists of inventory. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit or the narrow halls get blocked by a delivery, but we just keep going. People come to us because we’re right here in the heart of the market where things move fast. We don't go out looking for awards or making big claims about ourselves. We just get the stock in and send it back out to the shops that need it. It’s a lot of manual work, carrying things up and down the stairs. Chandni Chowk is a tough place to navigate, but this is where we belong. We’ve seen the market change, but the building stays the same.
