Medigold Pharmaceutical

We are located out in Narela, which is a bit of a distance from the main parts of Delhi. Medigold Pharmaceutical is just a regular local setup in this part of town. Narela has its own pace, a bit slower than the central areas but still quite busy with all the industrial activity around. The shop itself is quite functional. We have large shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, so we have to use a ladder to reach the top rows. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction work nearby, but we try our best to keep the product boxes clean. I usually sit near the front door so I can see people coming in. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of big ceiling fans that hum all day. The floor is concrete and we have a small back room where we keep the extra stock and a kettle for making tea. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a real place where work happens. Most of our day is spent checking invoices and talking to the delivery drivers who come in from the city. We have a few chairs for people to sit on if they have to wait for a bit. It’s a basic, honest operation and we like it that way. No big claims, just the daily routine of a Narela business.
