Malishka Reality Solutions

Malishka Reality Solutions is located at shop 97 in Shiva Market, which is a busy part of Pitampura. Being in the market means there is always a lot of shouting and activity right outside our door from morning until night. Our shop is just a practical space where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for help with property matters. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of fancy decorations. It’s just a couple of desks, some chairs, and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or going through local listings to see what is available. Pitampura is a big area, so we are often out and about visiting different locations. We don't really do the whole professional sales pitch thing. We just tell people the facts and let them decide for themselves. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that it’s hard to even walk to the office, but that is just part of being in Shiva Market. We have built up a lot of local knowledge over the years and we know most of the other traders in the block. We aren't a huge firm, just a small team of local people trying to make things work. We like the energy of the market and the fact that no two days are ever exactly the same. No one here is a big shot, we are just working.
