Luthra Properties

You can find Luthra Properties at shop number 1492. We are in the Outram Lines area, which is very close to Delhi University. Being near the university means there are always students walking around and a lot of energy. We are also right across from the BBM Depot, so we see the buses coming and going all day long. It's a good landmark if people get lost looking for us. Dr Mukerjee Nagar is a place where a lot of people are looking for rooms or shops. Our office is quite small, just enough for a few chairs and some files on the desk. We talk to people about houses and land mostly. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use some new paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We have been in this spot for a while now. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it's not too hot. The traffic near the depot can get pretty loud, but you get used to it. We know most of the people who live around Outram Lines. It’s a mix of families and students. We just help people find a place that works for them without making a big deal out of it. It’s a simple business on a busy street. There is no magic to it, just knowing the area and talking to people. We stay open late because that's when people have time to look.
