L T Infotech

You can find L T Infotech at 101 Old Gupta Colony. This is up in Delhi, near the Haryana border. It’s an old neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of shops. Our office is on the first floor of a brick building. It gets quite cold in the winter and very dusty in the summer. We’ve got some heavy curtains to try and keep the dirt out. The furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve picked up over the years. Nothing matches, but it’s all sturdy enough. We have a small corner for files and another for the server. It’s a bit cramped, especially when everyone is in at the same time. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and vendors shouting. You get used to the sound of the city after a while. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. We usually order food from the corner dhaba when we’re busy. It’s a basic setup, really. We’re just trying to do our jobs and keep the lights on. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with the work. Old Gupta Colony is a busy place, but it feels like home to us now. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows who we are.
