Our office is at B-11 in Prashant Vihar. Kumar Impex Inc. isn’t a big name you’ll see on billboards. We’re tucked away in a residential street where things are mostly peaceful. We deal with importing and exporting, so there’s always a lot of paperwork on our desks and the phone rings at odd hours because of the time differences. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have some old filing cabinets and a few computers that have seen better days. The team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know how to get things through customs and handle the logistics, which can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have a big HR department or fancy coffee machines. We just make a pot of tea in the morning and get to work. Prashant Vihar is a nice place to be based. It’s easy for us to get around, and we know the local shops well. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment, and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to fix it. That’s just the nature of the business. We don’t try to pretend we’re anything we’re not. We’re just a small firm doing our best to keep our clients happy and our records straight. It’s simple, honest work. The park across the street is a good place to walk when things get too stressful.
